The future of Sustatinable low-carbon
Swasher Tech
“All in one Air Quality Solution”
The filters used today are effective in filtering out some dust, but there are limitations in that the Maintenance cost increases in proportion to usage, and the environmental costs caused by waste incineration increases rapidly.
We solved problem with a sustainable air purification solution that can safely improve air quality using water.

: DOUBLE VORTEX
Triple-filter power
in one swirl
From an air tornado to a water vortex
It is a new technology that implements the functions of the
existing triple filter (pre-filter, deodorizing filter, HEPA filter) at once.
A technology that sinks airborne contaminants into water due to friction and exchange of air cyclones and water vortices. Compared to other air purification technologies using water, it is characterized by low noise, no risk of bacterial eruption, and convenient cleaning and hygiene management.

: Water Electrode Electrostatic Precipitation
Implementation of electrostatic precipitator functionality through water rotation
To enhance the removal efficiency of ultra fine dust,
we replaced the physical electrostatic collection plate
with a water vortex.
The vortex uses multiple 360-degree carbon fiber counter-electrodes to improve discharge efficiency and collection efficiency for ultra fine particles.

Problems with Conventional Filters
Generally, hygiene issues are a common challenge with filter use.
When filter replacement is delayed after its lifespan ends,
not only does performance degrade due to accumulated pollutants, but secondary issues,
such as bacterial growth, may also occur.
Additionally, certain products that use disinfectants or generate ozone paradoxically pose serious health risks, despite being intended to protect health.

Difference in purification principles
Conventional disposable filter methods rely on densely designed filters to trap particles,
which decreases airflow as the filter becomes denser, eventually preventing any air from passing through.
This approach limits the size of particles that can be removed.
However, our air purification technology, ‘Double voltex’, which utilizes an electric field,
is more effective in removing smaller particles.

of filters of 1000g of filters +fine dust 100g to incineration facilities
Looking at purification and processing, traditional disposable filters are not a sustainable solution.
The incineration required for distribution and disposal leads to increased social costs, and the result is ironic
: 10 grams of fine dust ultimately produces 110 grams of waste, including the filter material.
This waste then requires further removal or carbon capture, perpetuating a cycle of resource strain.
However, Swasher's purification and processing are simple and sustainable.
Water, being virtually limitless and safe, can purify air without chemical treatments.
Minimal Maintenance
Costs
Traditional filter-based air purifiers require regular filter
replacements to maintain optimal performance,
incurring additional costs.
However, the Swasher air purifier operates differently.
Since water replaces the filter, even with 24-hour daily use,
the monthly maintenance cost is around $0.3 USD.
Considering the annual replacement cost of a HEPA filter,
Swasher saves up to 1/50 of that cost.

Quiet Design for a Peaceful Daily Life
After dozens of evaluations for low-noise design,
we implemented a quiet yet powerful BLDC motor that keeps noise at just 33dB.
Swasher’s operation modes—sleep, low, medium, and high—emit noise levels of 25, 33, 38, and 45 dB respectively. Considering normal conversation is around 50 dB, these values are remarkably low.
Now you can use Swasher with confidence, even in noise-sensitive environments.
